Cereal and Old El Paso Offer Description: Buy at least two (2) participating General Mills cereals or Old El Paso Dinner Kits, snap a photo of the receipt, and upload to the Offer Website (www.gmfreesnacks.ca ) by Monday, September 30, 2025 to receive two (2) Free Snacks coupons (while supplies last).

Annie’s Offer Description: Buy at least three (3) participating Annie’s products, snap a photo of the receipt, and upload to the Offer Website (www.gmfreesnacks.ca ) by Monday, September 30, 2025 to receive two (2) Free Snacks coupons (while supplies last).

The Free Snacks coupons will be valid on any Nature Valley product up to 230g, or any Gushers product, or any Motts Fruitsations product. Coupons are valid until December 31, 2025

The FREE SNACKS Offer (the “Offer”) is sponsored by General Mills Canada Corporation (the “Sponsor”). Offer begins on Monday July 14, 2025, at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 11:59:59 p.m. (ET) or while supplies last (the “Offer Period”). The Offer is available for Canadian shipping addresses only and is limited to a maximum of five (5) Free Snacks redemptions per person or household. If enough participating products for more than one Free Snacks offer are purchased on the same receipt, that receipt may be submitted more than 1 time but must be done in a separate online transaction. The receipt must contain enough purchased participating products for the number of additional submissions in order to be valid each time. You must wait at least 24 hours to submit that receipt again. 

There are seventy-five thousand (75,000) Free Snacks offers available for two (2) Free Snacks coupons. All validated redemptions over 75,000 will receive one (1) Free Snacks coupon. Limited time offer. Allow up to 4-6 weeks for delivery by mail, of your Free Snacks coupons.  

 How to Redeem the Offer

1. Purchase at least two (2) Cereal Participating Product, or at least two (2) Old El Paso Participating Products or at least three (3) Annie’s Participating Products listed below (the “Participating Products”) on one (1) Participating Stores receipt (the “Receipt”), during the Offer Period. Ensure you keep the original of your receipt. Participating stores include any store in Canada (online or otherwise) that sells the Participating Products. The receipt must be an invoice of the purchase.

2. Redeem your Offer by uploading your Receipt via the Internet at gmfreesnacks.ca (the “Offer Website”) and follow the link to the Offer registration page.

3. Complete the registration form on the Offer Website by filling in all of the following information accurately and completely: your name, mailing address with postal code, email address and telephone number, and provide a scan or photo of the Receipt, clearly showing the store name and address, the date and time of transaction, and at least any (2) of the Participating Cereal or Old El Paso Products or any (3) of the Participating Annie’s products purchased during Offer Period. If enough participating products for more than one Free Snacks offer are purchased on the same receipt, that receipt may be submitted more than 1 time but must be done in a separate online transaction. The receipt must contain enough purchased participating products for the number of additional submissions in order to be valid each time. You must wait at least 24 hours to submit that receipt again. 

4. Click on the “Continue” button where you can review your selection and your mailing address to avoid any late, lost or misdirected mail. Then submit the Receipt photo(s) and registration form by clicking on the “Submit” button. Administrator’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Offer. Online submissions must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. (ET) on Tuesday, September 30, 2025. 

5. Upon submission, you will receive an email confirming your submission and the estimated time you can expect to receive your Free Snacks coupons pending successful validation of your receipt and submission. After you receive that email, your submission will go through the validation process. If during the validation process it is found that your submission is invalid, you will receive a further email indicating that your submission is invalid, and you will not be receiving the coupons for that submission. The reasons for submission rejections include, but are not limited to: (i) fails to pass anti-fraud detection system; (ii) is unauthorized, fake, or has been illegitimately obtained; (iii) contains any messages, or other markings not recognized by the administrator; (iv) is illegible, unreadable, not in focus or blank; (v) has been previously used; (vi) does not include the Participating Products, the correct number or costs of Participating Products or is not during the Offer Period; or (vii) is incorrectly or incompletely entered or submitted.

6. Assuming there are no issues with the validation of your submission, you will not receive a further email, and please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery by mail, of your Free Snacks coupons. Please DO NO REACH OUT UNTIL 6 weeks have passed to inquire about your coupons.

Any use of automated devices is prohibited. Offer Registrations attempts by methods other than those described in these Official Rules shall be deemed void. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated maximum number of Free Snacks coupons by using multiple/different e-mail addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant's entries and any future registrations. Sponsor also reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify from this Offer, and any future promotions Sponsor conducts, any individual that it finds or believes to be tampering with the registration process, or the operation of the Contest or Contest Website, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

By participating in the Offer and/or voluntarily providing his/her personal information, each entrant consents and agrees to the collection, use and disclosure of the entrant’s personal information by the promotion administrator for the purpose of administering the promotion and fulfilling the Offer. The entrant’s personal information will only be used for purposes of Offer administration and offer fulfillment by the Offer administrator, and for no other purpose, and will not be disclosed by Offer administrator to any third party except as is necessary for the above stated purposes.

By participating in the Offer, entrants agree that Sponsor shall not be responsible for liable for any losses resulting from participation in the Offer or acceptance, possession and/or use or misuse of the Free Snacks coupon(s), or any part thereof, and agree to release, discharge and hold harmless the Sponsor, its officers, directors, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies, advertising and promotional agencies from all claims or damages arising out of entrant’s participation in the Offer and/or acceptance, use or misuse of the Free Snacks coupons, or any part thereof.

This Offer may not be published on any website or elsewhere without written permission of General Mills Canada Corporation. Consumers must have the necessary equipment and high-speed internet access in order to redeem the Offer, not all mobile devices are supported; consumers may only participate in the Offer if they are using a supported device. This Offer is void where taxed, regulated or prohibited. Requests from outside the stated area or from groups or organizations will not be honoured or returned. General Mills Canada Corporation is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected mail. Fraudulent requests could result in prosecution under federal mail fraud statutes.
